Hipson HQ ·
Project HQ
Where the build stands, what happens next, and who owes what. This is the
Pulseaa engagement — separate from Today, which is your live business
numbers. Everything here renders project-status.json.
Leads
Everyone who filled in the flyer funnel or a site form.
| Who | Company | Situation | Renewal | Status | Arrived |
|---|
Growth plan
Phases, owners and status. Tick a task and it saves for everyone.
The plan lives in site/admin/growth-plan.json — edit that file to change phases
and tasks; completion state is stored per-task in Firestore so it survives edits. Paste the
real growth plan into that file when it arrives and this page updates itself.
Revenue targets
From the 2026–28 plan. Enter actuals to see the gap.
| Month | Revenue | Goal | Gap | Logged by |

Funnels & assets
Everything the growth plan points at, in one place.
Flyer funnel
The QR-code destination. Six taps → a lead in this dashboard.
Free ACA review
2026 penalty exposure in three minutes. Employer traffic.
Health & ABA funnel
Four taps → same-day call. Point Facebook and clinic traffic here.
Resources
Five bylined articles. Repurpose into the Brief and LinkedIn.
The Hipson Brief ↗
Substack newsletter + podcast. Claim the handle if it 404s.
2026 flyer (PDF)
Three pages with the QR code. Leave-behind for walk-ins.
Tickets
Comments from the review widget — Michael, Justin and Conner marking up the live site. Turn it on for someone by sending them any page with ?review=on on the end.
Member changes
Adds, terminations and detail changes. Portal submissions land here live; the memberchanges@hipson.com mailbox auto-ticket hook needs the Cloud Function (Blaze) step and is tracked in the checklist. Work them here — the confirmation goes back in writing.
Client questions
Support requests sent from the client portal.
Clients
One record per client — coverage, documents, the message thread and every request. Grant an address portal access here and that person signs in at /portal to exactly this record. This is the seed of the in-house CRM; the BenefitZone extraction lands here when it is built.
Referrals & reviews
The /referrals rewards program (points are only ever moved from this tab) and the
private ratings from /reviews. Program numbers live in
site/assets/js/referral-config.js — one file, both sides.
Brand vote
Logo votes and comments from /brandguide — the unlisted review page sent to Mike, Justin, Connor and Jessica. Send them the link; results land here.
Requests
Report a bug or suggest an improvement. Track what is open, what is done, and whether LuciDash has received it. Closed requests stay in your history.
Change log
What actually changed, newest first — from project-status.json, the same
source the Overview and the 8am email render. "Built · not live yet" is said plainly:
a deploy report is a claim, not a receipt.
Architecture & lifecycle
Five diagrams, each behind a toggle — the system map is open because it is the one
you point at. Everything inside the dashed box is one Firebase project
(hipson-investments); the only ways in are the three doors on the left.
🗺️ The system map — the whole machine on one screen
🧲 Lifecycle of a lead — form to the book, five hops
🚀 How a change ships — edit to verified-live, seven hops
The green box is the point: "shipped" means verified in a browser, not
deployed-and-assumed. The last hop pushes project-status.json to the HQ so this
dashboard and the 8am email can never disagree.
🌐 Go-live — the hipson.com cutover, and why mail cannot break
One gate: Mike's registrar login (asked by email 8/21 — he wants live the week of 8/24). Two lanes from there. We only ever touch the web lane; the mail lane — MX records → Exchange Online — is deliberately never edited, so hipson.com email keeps flowing through the whole cutover.
📚 The book — BenefitZone → your own CRM, four hops
The 8/20 export got the book out of BenefitZone; the staged import button puts it into your own Firestore. Amber warning is real: premiums and contact details were missing from the first export and still need a re-pull.
Users & security
Who can get in, who has portal access, every privileged action, and where the security posture stands. The posture list is hand-verified and dated — a claim with a date, never a guess.
Weekly update
Monday rollup for the Hipson team — ICP lists, RIS, warmup status. Built on demand or Mondays 8:30am America/Chicago from luci@agentluci.com. This screen renders the same stored object that was emailed. Receipts also appear under Notifications.
Daily brief
Built and emailed at 8:00am America/Chicago to michaelcongtran@gmail.com. This screen renders the same stored object that was sent — not a re-count — so the email and the dashboard can never quietly disagree.
The strategy
Why this plan, in this order, aimed at this market. Figures are from the 6-Month Blueprint and its cited sources — they describe the opportunity, not a promised outcome. → The Gameplan: 3-month build to the $110k doubling (charts, roadmap, agents)
Why ABA clinics, and not everyone
Two numbers make this vertical different. Both create exactly the exposure Hipson is built to fix, and neither is something a general payroll provider tracks.
Sources: Blueprint §Phase 2, citing ABA industry denial-rate and RBT turnover studies. Each RBT departure costs a clinic $4,800–$10,000 in recruiting, onboarding and lost clinical hours. Time-calculation and rounding errors alone account for 25% of Medicaid and commercial recoupments.
The cross-sell ladder
One client can enter through any pillar and climb. This is the argument for a boutique that does all four rather than four vendors who each do one.
Lifetime value = annual revenue × client lifespan × gross margin, before acquisition cost. Blueprint §Phase 6. Modelled figures, not booked revenue.
Outbound ramp
Sending volume per inbox. The flat start is deliberate — send too early and the domain burns, and a burnt domain cannot be un-burnt.
21–28 days of warm-up before any live send; hard cap 40–50/day per inbox thereafter. Runs on separate look-alike domains so hipsoninvestments.com is never at risk.
The lead engine
Where a name goes from first touch to the inbox in the Leads tab. One human checkpoint, deliberately.
Blueprint §Phase 5. The human checkpoint before send is not a bottleneck to remove — it is what keeps a registered practice out of trouble.
Six-month sequence
What runs when. Months 4–6 are an option under the agreement, not a commitment — shown lighter.
Solid = committed in the 3-month initial term. Faded = months 4–6, which begin only if both parties agree in writing at the checkpoint.
Revenue against goal
Live, from what you log in the Targets tab. Nothing here is projected — it plots only months you have entered.
Services agreement
The Pulseaa engagement behind this growth plan. Signed electronically; signatures cannot be edited or deleted once recorded.
Read & sign ↗
The full agreement. Send this link to Michael and Justin — no login needed.
Key dates
Effective 6 Aug 2026 · Month 1 review by 6 Sep · Initial term ends 6 Nov · Months 4–6 only by written agreement.
No guaranteed results
The agreement commits effort and method, not revenue. Every target in the Blueprint is an aim, not a promise.
The strategy behind it
Six focus areas from the Blueprint. The Growth plan tab tracks the month-by-month execution.
Rebrand & architecture
One parent brand, four pillars, brother-sister sites so the personal lines don't dilute the corporate one.
ABA & autism vertical
Highest-conviction niche. Clinics run variable-hour staff with 65% turnover — exactly the ACA exposure nobody else tracks.
ACA review lead magnet
Free, self-serve, puts a number on their risk. Near-zero cost per lead once it's live.
Outbound pipeline
Apollo sequences off separate warmed domains, capped at 40–50/day so the main domain never burns.
Content & automation
Voice note after a meeting becomes a newsletter, a podcast and a LinkedIn post. Reply triage sorts the inbox.
Partnerships & LTV
ABA billing firms, regional CPAs and nonprofits feeding referrals; one client entering through four pillars over time.
