Luci

Every message includes a fresh, bounded snapshot of your HQ records: open bugs and requests, employer renewals and renewal steps, pipeline counts, delivery status and the house playbook. Company names, dates and statuses only — no employee names, contact details, policy numbers or health information, and households are counted, not listed.

Luci drafts and proposes. “File this”, “Move request” and “Copy draft” are buttons you press; they run as you, in Hipson, and are logged as such. Filed requests reach LuciDash within five minutes through the existing request sync. Luci does not send email, change coverage, or give financial, coverage or compliance advice; anything client-facing is a draft for your review.

The snapshot is read in your session and used for that answer only. It is not stored by Luci or copied to LuciDash.
